Mental Health First Aid Refresher

Who’s it for?

Delivered by an accredited Instructor Member, who is approved to deliver MHFA England courses, this course is ideal for individuals who would like to refresh their previously attained Mental Health First Aid England training.

What will I learn?

The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to: 

• Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current  

• Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it

• Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan

Certification

Once you have completed your MHFA Refresher course, you will be certified for three years and will be invited to become or stay a member of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders – making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others.
